What we Do
Exceptional Family Law Representation and Mediation

Full Representation
If we are retained for full representation, we recommend the issues for your case, detail them in the pleadings and documents that we file on your behalf, go to court for and with you, build your evidence and proof you need by demanding discovery and serving subpoenas, do all the negotiating and present you all offers and finally write all final documents.

Limited Scope
Our innovative office provides advice and counsel and review of your documents that either you prepare or that we prepare for you in your name, while you represent yourself, which saves you attorney fees. In our new economy this service has proven to be very beneficial to many clients who otherwise would have no professional legal guidance.

Mediation
We provide neutral facilitation to enable both parties to reach agreements. We provide legal information and options during mediation that builds your confidence to finalize your case. We work with parties who have attorneys and parties who do not have attorneys. We can provide you your final documents such as parenting plans, consent decrees, stipulated property settlement agreements, and stipulated modifications.
