The choice is yours. With in person mediation, you will have access to white board brainstorming that is very helpful. We can also provide this type of tool through video mediation.
Depending on the complexity of your case, you may be able to settle your case in one-half day or perhaps longer – we will accommodate the needs of your case.

Mediation Process
We utilize the effective process of shuttle mediation, generally in two separate conference rooms, each with a white board for use by the parties, the lawyer and mediator.
The mediator caucuses the separate parties, brainstorming options and presenting offers which leads to full resolution.
